And now an introduction to some of the characters on this CD.
The Waiter: He serves fancy little dishes to all who care to eat them. On Sundays he usually has a feast with all the trimmings. Name it and claim it it's all yours. But don't forget to tip him.
The Bigtime Fellows: Old men in suits and ties carry little briefcases full of money. If you have something to sell, give these guys a call. They might end up owning you but that's a small price to pay to get rich. Come on be part of the big picture. Embrace the machine.
The Consumer: Well, with the machine pounding in the background the consumer begins his feast. The more he eats the emptier he becomes. Fat worms in his belly wiggle and grin as they sing "we are the worms".
The fools: The consumer in a moment of sanity realizes that he may have eaten maggots, worms and who knows what else. He gets up to leave. Three evils drag him to a cell. As he beats around his cage he finds that he's not alone. Fools with jokes and tricks jump out of the walls and make him laugh. He comes to this conclusion: hey, if you can't beat them, why not join them?
The Creature: The creature is every true artist's nightmare. He mixes up all things that are trite and shallow, put's them in a bottle and feeds the goo to your babies.
The Magician: Stands in front of a crowd but there's no rabbit in his hat. Instead there are nine snakes. Don't make the magician mad. One of the snakes turns into a machine gun and he's not afraid to use it.
The Monster: Everyone has a monster sleeping inside them. How afraid we are when we wake him. His size varies depending on how many scraps we throw him.
The Comedian: Well he's a funny guy. But the truth is he's hiding from his insecurities and fears. Sure, he's a laugh and a half but seriously folks, is death really all that funny?
The Droll: He's a reflection of all he sees. He'll do anything to fit in even if it kills him.
The innocent voices: Well these sweet voices sing you to sleep, all the while looking at your brain as a tasty treat.
As you can see, these are just a few of the many characters that you will meet on this wonderful CD. So turn it up, enjoy the beat.
